Submitting an enquiry does not reserve a room. Accommodation rates, room types and dates are confirmed by the Khaapus team before a booking is accepted.
Transport partners
Bus-ticket assistance, taxi transfers and motorcycle rentals are subject to third-party provider availability and applicable rules. Rental partners may require a valid driving licence, age eligibility, helmet use, insurance details, a deposit and acceptance of their terms.
Treks and outdoor activities
Routes are subject to weather, trail conditions, experience level, local restrictions and the availability of qualified guides. An enquiry does not guarantee that an activity can safely proceed.
Pricing and discounts
No quoted price or bus discount is valid until specifically confirmed for your dates and booking requirements. The website does not process payments.
